Some of my current go to’s I consider relatively quick and easy. Not pictured are my two americanos I have during the morning. Also forgot to log the cholula and couple tablespoons of Japanese bbq sauce for my dinner.

AM: Americanos with a splash of milk
Early Afternoon: banana, pb fit, and chocolate protein shake blended with ice and water (I’m a Reese’s lover) + hard boiled egg.
Mid afternoon: 1 chobani fruit on the bottom mixed with 1 serving A2 plain yogurt topped with berries, mango & pumpkin seeds
Dinner: bed of mixed greens with sheet pan vegetables and lightly breaded chicken that I get from Costco regularly and just throw them in the air fryer. Hit them with a splash of hot sauce and Japanese bbq sauce
After dinner: 100 cal fudge bar after the kiddos are in bed

I usually repeat meals and eat the same thing the when I get bored start a new rotation.
