


Recently got into making my own pizza dough. Cooked on a 16x16x0.5in carbon steel slab in the oven at 500 degrees. Still working on getting down stretching the dough.
3 pizzas pictured are:
Birria – mozz and queso fresco base, birria meat, fresh mozz, cojita, consommé, cilantro
BBQ chicken – bbq sauce base, shredded bbq chicken, onion, mozz, smoked Gouda, and ranch drizzle
Philly cheesesteak – garlic white sauce base, flank steak, red onion, mozz
