
I was ready for a "cheat" meal but didn't realize how filling these are. I could only manage to eat 1.5. I would estimate just under 500 calories even with the toppings and I am stuffed (obviously would have been around 1000 if I ate the whole thing). Definitely one of my new favorites meals. I only eat twice a day so I still have ~700 for dinner.
