    Not sure that’s for me. I think id prefer the egg yolk softer, if not runny.

    I’d still try it. And probably eat all of it.

    I put so much effort into making these once and I was so disappointed. Something about the pork not being seared made it weird and reminded me of Asian dumplings. If I ever did em again id probably do a quick sear on the pork and then coat them
