I couldn't believe how much better a burger on a homemade brioche bun would be. Blows store bought out of the water(including brioche) to the point that it's not even the same thing anymore. Soft, buttery and spongy but stood up to all the burger juice without disintegrating. I don't think I can go back to grocery store buns for burgers at home.

    We used to call smashburgers “cheeseburgers” when I was a kid. Funny, I know.
