I turned that sheet pan doner recipe into a more gyros spiced option. Put that on a flax and oat bran pita with tzatziki made with soy Greek yogurt I now make myself! Also whipped up some pickled red onions with Serrano peppers and a batch of zhoug that’s as close as I’ve ever gotten to making the Trader Joe’s kind at home.
