I would love to make a little workshop at my university for helping people with cooking easy plant-based meals. My goal is to show people of all diets, that veganism doesn't mean you just eat bland veggies but so damn good things.

Many people hate on veganism because it is "not healthy", you don't get all your nutrients and many other reasons. I also just read a website about the meat paradox. Was quite interesting and really motivated me to help some people to understand veganism a bit more and help some get started. The course should also appeal to more than just the already vegan/vegetarian people while also explaining why veganism is actually good and not just a trend.

Does anybody have experience in that field? Especially techniques to counter or lessen the strength of the meat paradox and similar effects?

And do you maybe have some recipe ideas for all the lazy students that come to my course 😉 (which are probably the majority)
