This was from Cascade on Colin’s in Hobart, Tasmania. Cascade’s the oldest brewery in Australia, it’s also the beer I have in the photos. Solid 8/10 beer and the fish n chips was an 9.3 on my fish n chips scale (I eat a lot of fish n chips)

Fish looks good but what fish? Chips look very standard. Needs a pea variation rather than salad and curry sauce.
