
I made a really good batch of hot dog buns last night, however this recipe can be used for rolls, burger buns, and etc. I originally found a recipe online that this was based off of, but it wasn’t vegan nor was it in grams so I adjusted it to get it to work. Ingredients
• 118mL warm water
• 30mL olive oil
• 21g agave syrup
• 6g instant yeast
• 1/2tsp salt
• 230g all purpose flour
Steps
- Mix all dry ingredients.

Add wet to dry.

Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is no longer tacky.

Let rest at least 20 minutes covered by a damp towel.

Form into desired shape and let rest for additional 10 minutes.

Bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes
