I didn't hold back on fat in this one, but only 16g carbs and 38g protein. This is a lot of volume, I almost didn't finish it! I also added a few pickled jalapeños, cholula, and crushed red pepper for some heat for negligible calories.

Veggies were sautéed in the butter with s&p, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of chili powder. This thing is loaded with flavor. A little high on sodium, but my medications lower my sodium levels, so I can use it.
