So I'm trying to lose some weight, but I'm also disabled, so cooking isn't something I can spend a lot of energy on. I found this at Aldi and it's easy to heat up, already cooked, and only 260 cals. I threw some greek yogurt, tajin, and a little bit of Avocado Now on top and it was wonderful. If I had some, I think some Quest chili lime protein chips would be great crumbled on top!
