    It looks great. If you like spices, you may consider sprinkling some rosemary or thyme on it.

    If I could make a suggestion. You can wrap the bones in tinfoil if you want to keep them white instead of burnt and black.

    Last image is very unappealing, the others extremely delicious looking. Damned impressive to nail lamb on your first try.
