Please comment with yummy recipe ideas for this- I have a massive bag expiring in three months! I bought it to be supportive of my vegan wife (I am not vegan) and so we could eat more "meat inspired" or other dishes together… but we found out after I purchased it that she can't eat gluten. Now it's up to me to ensure it doesn't go to waste!
