
Made head-on shrimp tonight with garlic, shallot, jalapeño, butter, lemon, and sherry vinegar. Served with blistered green beans finished with garlic and lemon.
The shrimp were cooked hot and fast, then finished in a quick pan sauce with butter, aromatics, and herbs. Green beans stayed crisp with a little char.
Served straight out of the pan with crusty bread.
