I forgot to buy black olives and fresh basil at the store sadly. They would have made this pretty delicious simply salad into *chef’s kiss*.
Just a boxed pasta salad kit (“classic” one from Suddenly Salad), spruced up. This time I added quartered pepperoni slices, sliced mozzarella cheese sticks (I’m sure fresh mozz would bring it to that *kiss* level but listen, I’m working with what’s in my fridge lol), fresh chopped tomatoes, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Gave it some extra olive oil too than what it called for since it had more stuff to coat.
Texas toast was pre-cut and -buttered (but not yet toasted) from the fancier bread section of Walmart. Honestly an amazing find and I hope they keep it stocked. Takes like 7-8 minutes in the oven to make it crispelicious.

What kind of bread do you use for Texas Toast?
