
Hi Ive never posted on reddit before I hope I tagged this right lol.
5 sourdough rosemary crackers from krogerĀ with a wedge of vegan laughing cow, aĀ slice of lewis keto toast with 1.5 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt and 10g cherry puree. Im not very hungry when I first wake up but still like to eat something yummy so this works well. Ignore the depressing Ā plating if you can haha, total is 148 calories
