
I used 42g of oats, 50g of skyr, 100ml of skimmed milk, 200ml water (plus a bit extra to dissolve a Matcha packet), 10g chia seeds and 5g shelled hemp seeds. The Matcha packet was the vanilla oat latte one by lipton.
Total calories are 336 with 11g of fibre and 19g of protein
My husband suggested just draining off excess liquid but I won't be able to tell what's milk and what's water. Though I might do that anyway but act as if it's all water and not milk
