Hello! My wife and sister in law are wanting to open their own party planning business and eventually will do charcuterie boards. They do them now for family events/holidays and the get a lot of compliments but they are worried it’s just because it’s friends and family. Can you all give honest opinions/any advice, thank you! Side note, 90% of this stuff is store bought from local shops and mainly Aldi/Trader Joe’s. If anyone has any great places in the Louisville KY area to shop please drop them 🙂
