  1. Recipe:
    Mix 500g white asparagus with one teaspoon of sugar and salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Let it sit for a few minutes before adding it to a pan.
    Add 40g of butter and let it simmer on medium high for a few minutes.
    Add 75ml of cream and let it simmer on low.
    Season with black pepper and nutmeg.
    Cook until the asparagus is to your liking and the sauce is creamy.
    Finish with 1 tablespoon of Crème fraiche, chives and lemon zest.
