[homemade] Ethiopian beyeaynetu/ doro wet

Last post got deleted because of title issues so reposting, I didn't know what to call it besides ethiopian dish. Anyways

Here is the list of the food

1. Doro wet, the middle one with chicken and ega 

2. Tibs, the chopped up beef meat 

3. Dulet, the brown meat, this is lamb or beef tripe (stomach lining)

4. Ayb, the white  "yogurt "

5. Injera which is the " bread" it's not bread it's just injera. 

The plate looks like it should be part of the dish so I had it for dessert.
