    I made the sauce by sautéing red onion, garlic, two carrots diced finely, two diced tomatoes, and a habanero pepperI added a large can of crushed tomatoes, can of stewed tomatoes that I broke apart in my hand, and small can of tomato sauce, can of rinsed kidney beans, and then simmered for a while. I added two heads of broccoli and one zucchini when I was getting the water for the pasta ready to boil. When I put the pasta in the water (when the broccoli and zucchini were about done) I added some spinach to the sauce. And seasoned to taste throughout. Was a good dinner to use up some things and was pretty easy!
