[Homemade] A grilled cheese with cheese on the outside.

I had 3 cheeses to use up. Inside is gruyere and white cheddar. After buttering both sides of the bread, I grated Parmesan cheese them. Browned, crispy Parmesan is really good and I wasn't mad at it. 😊
