    *im not middle eastern so dont come for me if I bastardized this recipe.

    Approx amounts: 1.5 lb Ground beef, 1/2 c pine nuts, 3/4 t cinnamon, 3/4 t allspice, 3/4 t cumin, 3/4 t coriander, 3/4 t cayenne, salt, pepper, 4-5 cloves garlic, 1/2 minced onion, and 1/3 bun chopped parsley. Cook a tiny bit to test for seasoning and adjust as desired. Form into patties (round or oblong) and pan fry until doneness you like.

    I had mine with yogurt rice. Literally rice mixed with Greek yogurt.

    Goes great with a cucumber salad.
