Classic Beef Burger with All The Stuff. Served with Pickle, Caper and Shallot Potato Salad and Corn Cob.
First-time cottage cheese bage. Tbh, I’ve never made or anything like this before, but i’m happy with how it turned out. I used cottage cheese, flour, an egg, and a yolk for the wash:)
