I think I nailed it!

The crimping was difficult as I folded the excess pie crust underneath. So I didn’t have much to work with. Here’s what I created today!

    It definitely looks nailed! The crust looks crisp, and that’s just the right little bit of bubbling up between the lattice. She’s a beauty. What kind of apples?
