dinner: coke zero, cheese pizza, olive oregano nachos, arugula, olive oil, shrimp, balsamic, mango chili sauce, pine nuts

Im trying to get more fats and iron in my meals, usually I have protein shake for breakfast so today’s protein was pretty low
