
my fitness pal has this coming in at 135g protein and 1345 (i forgot i was going to use miracle whip and used mayo) had it originally at 1285. Oops.
too all the haters. I also kept my sodium under 1400 to reduce bloat So yes seasoning is minimum. I rotate hot sauces so i dont get bored. I add different seasoning to my eggs again so i dont get bored. And yes i could have added celery and onion to my chicken salad like i normally do but i am trying to keep to low residue to reduce gut weight at final weigh in 😂 i had tried keto but i was struggling with my workouts so have been carb timing with workouts.
2 eggs, 2/3 cup egg whites, 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt plain, 1/4 cup raspberry, 1 cup boiled carrots, 10 saltines, 3oz chicken, 1tbsp dill mayo, 6oz chicken breast 1/2 cup cooked rice, 1 cup cooked broccoli.
and if your going to reply knitpicking calories, i did my best to weigh and use myfitnesspal but we all know its not perfect so results can vary.
(did anyone else weigh boomchicka pop and find out it says 7 cups is 50g but its more like 5.5cups??)
