Easily one of my favourite meals and very filling! The miso soup and beans make it more filling.

– Miso soup 177ml (21 cal) (prepacked)

– Red kidney beans 125g (136cal) (switch up with any type of legume, really yummy together with the soup)

– Bell pepper 72g (14 cal)

– Quorn steak strips 94g (99cal)

– Teriyaki sauce by Sun Hee 16g (35cals)

The fruit adds an extra 97 calories which is of course optional! I didn't count the sesame seed as I'm not that nitty gritty with seasonings. No oil used in the cooking.
