  1. Mmm. Breakfast for dinner.

    * 2 scrambled eggs
    * 2-3 jimmy dean sausage links, I cut after cooking
    * Some pre-diced frozen hashbrowns, I cooked in oil. I like these because they’re small.
    * The eggs and potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika
    * Steam a burrito sized tortilla in the microwave
    * Spread a layer of mayonnaise, then add cayenne and chipotle powder
    * Shredded sharp cheddar and colby jack. I shredded it myself, not the pre-shredded stuff.
    * Fold ingredients into the tortilla and heat up in a little oil on the stove.
