Everything looks utterly incredible and pretty indistinguishable from the non-vegan equivalent. I’m impressed!
How was the whipped “cream” on that pie? It looks like the real thing. Fresh whipped cream was always one of my absolute favorite pre-vegan guilty pleasures, but I’ve yet to find a close enough equivalent (especially that doesn’t have that more than a faint whiff of coconut). I’ll admit it’s probably the only thing I’ve truly missed after making the switch.
