Breakfast – Poached eggs on english muffin

Snack – cottage cheese/yogurt on 1 slice protein bread with (fake) maple syrup

Lunch – snacky lunch. Crackers are quest crackers. These ones are jalapeño. I dont like them as much as the just cheese. Good thing I bought four bags without even trying them 🙃

Dinner – Healthy Choice meatball marinara

Snack – greek yogurt with vanilla syrup and vanilla cupcake goldfish
