**”How to Hoagie Roll” by Richard Eaglespoon** is the recipe I used for the bread. I’ve made it probably over 20 times now, it’s my favorite. Recipe written as is calls to split the dough into 4. I suggest 8 for large but personal size rolls. 4 makes giant 12-14″ hoagies.
Ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Shredded iceberg, sliced pepperoncinis, and thinly sliced onions. Salad dressed in olive oil, red wine vinegar, s+p, dried oregano, parmesan, grated garlic, red pepper flakes. None of the tomatoes at the store were ripe enough this morning so I skipped.
Brown butter chocolate chip cookies w/ homemade toffee recipe is by **Handle The Heat.** I omit the espresso powder because I do not think it’s needed in this recipe.

i’m always jealous of your fruits and veggies looking so nice!! where i live it’s so hard to find stuff that doesn’t go bad in 2 days or already looks questionable in the store 🤕
