Aloha Reddit!
Here's a recipe that I love cooking up for potlucks. It's called Crispy Gau Gee, and it's a fried Chinese dumpling that is common in Hawaii. Normally, it's filled with pig and shrimp, but we're vegan, so I used fermented gai lan and dried shiitake mushrooms. Very delicious, crispy, and when served with a hot mustard dipping sauce, you'll be addicted.
Here's the video too!
