I couldn’t decide if I wanted to make it with or without cheese, so I made it with half and half. It was actually really good. If I can find ground lamb, I’d like to try and make shepherds pie.

Good first attempt! Next time, consider texturing the surface with a fork to create ridges, and broiling to caramelize the surface. And maybe add more filling to balance out the pie to potato ratio. I’d still eat this, great work ♥️
