
I've been sick with a cold lately so this chicken & veg soup has been my go to breakfast.
Ingredients: bone broth, chicken breast, chopped chilli, crushed garlic, onion powder, ground tumeric, carrot, kale, egg, black pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Macros: 213 cals, 6g carbs, 9g fat, 28g protein.
