    Made the marinade with guajillos, anchos, achiote paste, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cumin, oregano, clove, salt, and pepper. Marinated the pork for 24hrs. Cased them last night, let them set up overnight, cooked them over some charcoal today.
