
Absolutely rocks with a vegan conversion (nuttelex and oat or soy milk worked perfectly). I know the recipie isn't vegan as stated but it is such an easy 1 for 1 substitution that I think writing it out would be more work then needed.

You can also sub out the peach for other tinned fruit of your choosing. I have tried peach and apricot. Planning on testing pineapple, apple, and rhubarb next.
