Y’all it’s so good. I bulked mine out with shredded carrots and cabbage. I also used 99% lean ground turkey for the meat but I added a bratwurst pork sausage to it (removed from the casing) for extra flavor. Got a little bit of aged soy sauce for dipping (just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl; I like a lot of extra space in my dippin’ bowls).
