It was requested of me to cook this meal. I love being a home chef, if you will. sometimes I will go to elderly people's homes and cook for them, all be it I do make sure to ask about any dietary issues so everyone is safe. Cooking is a passion. I challenge myself by incorporating ingredients I have used to help me understand what it is I am cooking.
