Broccoli is such an underrated and underutilized pizza topping.
I think the first time I tried it was when I lived in Maryland and there was a Mod Pizza near my apartment. It’s kinda like Blaze, where you pick out your toppings and they fire the pizza in a super hot oven for like 5 minutes.
I had to try it when I saw that they had broccoli in their little toppings area. The way the tips char a little bit…. Freaking delicious.
