




Such a simple recipe and it’s so bomb. This is my 2nd attempt. The first time all I had was ground turkey which still turned out good but beef takes it to the next level. (pork or chicken is fine too)

I used thai basil + a tiny bit of mint since holy basil is nonexistent in the U.S. DONT skimp on the basil, more is better.
For the spice I did a heaping spoonful of nuclear chili paste I made.
My wok burner is currently on sabbatical so I used cast iron. Make sure to crank it up to get nice crispy bits.

I use regular basil and ground pork instead, sooo delicious !
