Makhani (butter chicken) is one of my favorite Indian dishes, so decided to finally give it a try after seeing a u/softrotten post with her go-to recipes (listed below). Homemade naan is not nearly as intimidating as I was expecting! Just need a rolling pin and piping hot cast iron skillet.
