
Hi guys, i need a little help 🙂
so im a gastronomy student and for my cooking exam i’ve decided to make lemon basil sorbet. The thing is i do not have ice cream maker at university kitchen, but i do have a shocker that could shorten the time of whole proces. I have 1.5 hours for 4 courses (cold/hot appetizer, main and dessert) do you think its possible (considering the time and equipment)?
