Baked some browned butter cookies. Melted down some chocolate and added orange zest and a pinch of smoked paprika and cayenne for a little tickle of heat – let it set and chopped it back up. Cookies have a light crisp on the bottom and edges, soft and fluffy in the middle, just cooked enough but not raw.
