

Modified this recipe Hunt4Shredz – Sticky Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
Made this flavor bomb last night! Comes in at a very high 584 cals, but also 63g of protein so it’s a nice Cal/protein ratio. If you want less cals, just use less chicken. I used 2 servings of chicken because I had karate and BJJ last night, so I knew I’d need it.
This was prepared in about 20 minutes because I meal prep the chicken in bulk and freeze it. I used Trader Joe’s Stir Fry Riced Cauliflower and it was super easy. Scrambled some egg whites before adding the cauliflower rice. I’ve done another variation of this with riced hearts of palm from TJ and loved that as well. I followed H4S stir fry recipe much closer with that version.
I’m not so sure I’m sold on the cornflake method of air frying chicken. I don’t feel like it does much for the macros. I have a panko air fried chicken from Flexible Dieting Lifestyle that has amazing macros. I may sub that out next time.
