I have a bunch of end pieces from my Aunt Millie's bread that have just been chilling in fridge. I decided to cut them up and bake them dry to make stuffing.

I'm still definitely gonna make stuffing but they turned out so perfectly crisp I've decided to reserve a few to season them and throw on a salad like croutons.

High protein, super high fiber, and low calorie crunchy accoutrements!
