ingredients:

Dough:

1 cup (120g) King Arthur Keto flour

200g trader joe’s greek nonfat yogurt

1.5 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Toppings:

40g tomato paste

Minced garlic any amount

Italian seasoning any amount

1 tomato

basil

40g trader Joe’s lite 3 shredded cheese

45g trader Joe’s fresh mozzarella slices

27g great value turkey pepperoni

Steps: mix all the ingredients for the dough together until it turns into a ball, flour a surface (i used semolina) and roll the dough out and shape it into a pizza, mix the tomato paste, garlic, and Italian seasoning and put it onto the dough and add the rest of your toppings however you like. bake at 450 for about 12 minutes
