    One of the easiest week night dinners:

    Spicy Tuna
    -1 can of drained tuna (preferably oil packed)
    -2 tbsp of kewpie mayo
    -1 tbsp of sriracha
    -2 tsp of soy sauce
    -1/2 tsp of rice vinegar
    -1/2 tsp sesame oil.

    Then I chop cucumber and avocado and put a bit of MSG on it. I like to add pickled ginger, fried garlic, fried shallots, chili oil, and Kikkoman wasabi mayo.
