Ingredients:

25g light mozzarella

Splash of unsweetened almond milk

10g pesto

1 tomato

Handful of rocket

Drizzle of balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper

~310 calories and 34g protein.

I will often add 160g Chobani no sugar yoghurt and a handful of raspberries to boost protein. Inclusive of that, updated totals are:

~400 calories and 49g protein.
