Swapped the egg for 1/3 cup of egg whites fried in sesame oil spray in a cast iron skillet, added the kimchi, and reduced the rice to 1/4 cup. I try to average 10 cals per gram of protein and this one absolutely nailed it. Even better you can meal prep the beef and rice, making it super simple to eat multiple times a week in under 30 minutes.
